Rhythm Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the received date on the following conditions:

• • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
• • A return form must be filled out. The form will be included in your package. A return form can also be downloaded here.
• • We will pay for return shipping if the item is defective or you were sent the incorrect item. Once we receive the return form and determine that it was our mistake, we will email or mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label. If you want to make an exchange we will provide free shipping for the exchanged item. If we’re paying for return shipping then we just need to receive this form within 14 days. 
• • However, if you are returning an item because of size or color you will be responsible for paying for return shipping and you will be charged for shipping if you decide to make an exchange. We must receive the return within 14 days or we cannot give you a refund. 
• • We will only refund the original shipment charge if the return is due to a defect or a shipping mistake. 
• • Refunds will be credited within 5 days after we receive the returned item
• • If you would like to make an exchange it will be shipped to you within 5 days after we receive the returned item.
